SMS Opt-out Procedures:
If you are receiving SMS
Appointment Reminders and Alerts from your healthcare or business
providers, they are being sent to you as a COMPLIMENTARY, non-premium service to you.
("Message and
Data Rates" may
apply, which is the standard sms/text fee that your wireless carrier
charges per text message, i.e. .05-.10)
You can
stop these alerts anytime by:

Calling your provider directly, or
-
Replying to a message with either STOP,
QUIT, CANCEL, END, or UNSUBSCRIBE, or
-
Text STOP to the shortcode phone
number sending you alert, or
-
Send an email to
stopmessages[at]reminderconnection.com with your cell phone number
you want opted-out, or
